Thanks for your kind email - it is very much appreciated! No worries, we have been out of town for 3 weeks on vacation and just now getting back into the swing of things. I have been starting to work on trying to get new companies to see if we can win their logo business. In the past we have concentrated on small businesses and car dealerships. I would really like to try to win some large corporate accounts, I am not very experienced in that and it will be a learning experience. It is a little difficult because there is not really anyone to ask who might have some advice so I will have to learn as I go.
We have been very pleased with your work and feel we have a great partnership with Cool Digitizing. You are very quick and always very accommodating to our needs. We look forward to continuing to work together and help each other's business to grow.

We are fine thanks. Our business is not steady yet & we are in the summer months when it is slower. We hear this from many of our business customers. We are working to get more business now. The business is very price sensitive.

I just want to say thank you for all the wonderful work you and co-workers have done to help us. I think you do amazingly efficient and wonderful work. I have recommended you to several of my customers.
In fact I was talking about your digitizing just this week to a customer. I told them that your digitized logos are the only ones I would feel confident in a crunch to run on my customers garments without doing a sew out first. That is quite a bit of trust since I am required to replace any bad garments.
Well I had to test this bold statement just today. I sent you the rush job for the CK logo going on hats. I did not have time to run a sewout for the customer to proof. We just ran them on very expensive hats. The logo looked Awesome!
