1. We here at our company have been using "Cool Digitizing for over a year now and are "VERY HAPPY " with the GOOD Quality work given back to us, and also if need editing is not a problem ( no extra charge ) .

2. I love the FAST turn around time ....24/7 I send something and get it back ASAP....And if and when I mention "rush" I will get it back with in an hour or so, So this is very important to me . At our company we do on demand jobs so when an order comes in same day , it needs to almost go out the same day.

Cool Digitizing consistently makes me look good with my customers as well as the folks who do my embroidery. Customers are routinely amazed at how quickly I have turned their embroidery request into a stitched sample for final approval. A recent request came to me on Friday afternoon. I just want to say thank you for all the wonderful work you and co-workers have done to help us. I think you do amazingly efficient and wonderful work. I have recommended you to several of my customers.

In fact I was talking about your digitizing just this week to a customer. I told them that your digitized logos are the only ones I would feel confident in a crunch to run on my customers garments without doing a sew out first. That is quite a bit of trust since I am required to replace any bad garments.

Well I had to test this bold statement just today. I sent you the rush job for the CK logo going on hats. I did not have time to run a sewout for the customer to proof. We just ran them on very expensive hats. The logo looked Awesome!
