1. How long will it take to get my digitized design?
Cool digitizing has a standard turn-around time of 24 hours. If you have a special equest, please let us know and we will finish within a few hours at no extra charge.
2. What is the charge for editing?
Most of the editing is free, except adding new part to the original logo we have done or you change your introduction that need us to re-digitize, such as adding lettering, background, and we only charge the stitches for the extra part.
3. When I send out the order, what kind of information do I need to send?
The most important information we need is 1 ) .Size in width or height, you may inform us only one side as the other side obviously will go proportionate, 2 ) .Fabric the logo will embroider on and 3 ) .Location: where will you be embroidering the design.

Cool digitizing works in rotating shifts to provide customers with 24 hour, 7 day per week non stop digitizing services.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
Cool digitizing accepts credit cards. If you would like us to digitize your artwork, we will send a credit card form. Please fill it out and fax back to us or you can email your credit card information to us. Our fax number is: 1-310-943-2705.
6. How do you ensure quality?
We sew and inspect each digitized design to ensure the design is sharp and clean. If we find any problems, we correct it and sew it again. We do this until it is finally perfect, and then send the dst file with the scan of the sew out to you.
